The Studio is a private and beautifully presented Cromer hideaway.

Romantic bolthole for two.

It is owned by Paul and Frances and is situated to the rear of their stylish Victorian property in a peaceful street. The open plan sitting room is comfortable and tasteful, with a woodburner to cosy up in front of and a well-equipped kitchen, including a six ring range style cooker.

Up the spiral staircase is a romantic and pretty bedroom, with quality linen and towels. Off this is an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. New in 2022.

It really is a fantastic little place for two, central yet private position. The courtyard is sheltered and completely private, a fabulous place to relax after a hard day on the beach.

A perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Cromer.

The Coach House Studio

Coach House Studio is accessed via a private path from The Loke, through a pretty gate to a small courtyard garden.
Open plan ground floor sitting room and kitchen. Tiled floor with rug.
Dining Area: with table and chairs
Kitchen: A spacious kitchen with plenty of storage. Six ring gas range cooker with electric double oven. Microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washer dryer.
Sitting Room:  A warm and cosy area with a comfortable sofa and throws. Wood burning stove, TV with DVD player. Sideboard with barstools, lots of books and games.
Spiral staircase to the first floor (not suitable for the less mobile).
Bedroom:  A pretty eaves bedroom, with king-sized comfortable bed, original fireplace (decorative only).
En Suite Shower-room:  With walk-in shower, WC and basin. 
Outside:  A small very sheltered, completely private and sunny courtyard style garden.  Perfect for a morning coffee, alfresco dining or an evening drink.  The garden is secure for dogs. 
Dogs: Coach House Studio welcomes a maximum of two well-behaved dogs at an additional cost of £15 per dog.

Cromer

Cromer has an impressive seafront with its magnificent Victorian architecture, renowned pier and expansive sandy beaches. It is referred to as a ‘Gem of the Norfolk Coast’.

The town has much to offer with a good variety of restaurants, cafés, wine bars and pubs. The busy high street is home to a wide selection of shops including butchers, a greengrocer, bakeries, gift shops etc. There is a theatre at the end of the pier and a cinema in the town. The railway station links to mainline stations at Norwich and runs along the coast to Sheringham.

Cromer is on the North Norfolk Coastal Path and the Weavers Way, and there are numerous walking opportunities.

Coach House Studio is located in a quiet street but close to the centre of the town and less than five minutes’ walk to the beach.
